Blanco Colima is a meeting point for gastronomy and culture located in the heart of the historic Roma neighborhood in Mexico City. After its restoration, various spaces were created that serve as a platform for gastronomy, culture and art. Each space with a different personality and proposal. Blanco Colima's gastronomy is based on the highest quality products through the eyes of our chefs. When the sun goes down, the house comes to life creating a recreational environment with the best mixology and music. On the upper floor we have a space for traveling exhibitions, movie premieres, private events, workshops, debates and alliances with brands.
